Planning a wedding can be stressful and sometimes there's no better stress reliever than a glass of wine and a brownie (or whatever your vice is). The thing about our vices, however, is sometimes they can do a number on your waistline, adding to the stress of your wedding. It's a vicious - yet understandable - cycle.
