In the (recent) past, to have a custom filter you were required to upload a design from you or a graphic artist. But, in the last few weeks, Snapchat has launched an online designer to help you customize your own filter through their platform. It’s essentially a super convenient monopoly.

Let’s give you the rundown on how to use the new filter designer to give your wedding that extra social pop!

Go to geofilters.snapchat.com and click on "CREATE ONLINE."

From there, select the "WEDDINGS" options to open up the designer.

That will open up the filter designer where you can choose from a number of templates. You can customize the text, color, and even add to it. There is no right or wrong here, just simply play around with some designs until you find something you like.

After you get the design down, the only thing left to do is to schedule it out and set the fence around the venue.

Snapchat walks you through all of this and it's super user-friendly.
